Puerto Rico Cultural Parade of Florida
Statistics demonstrate that the Hispanic market represents over $6.5 billion dollars in buying in Central Florida alone and they enjoy a household income of over $54,000.

Our Mission
To promote an event that showcases the richness of the Puerto Rican cultural heritage and to perpetuate community pride towards the most indigenous aspects of our extensive folklore.

Background
The Puerto Rico Cultural Parade of Florida, Inc., with headquarters in Tampa is a organization established in 1988. It is the first Puerto Rican Parade organized in the State of Florida and laid the foundation for other cities to organize their own Puerto Rican Parade and Folklore Festival Day. It is recognized by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico as the first official event that represents Puerto Rico in the State of Florida.

Our Vision
We will be the main vehicle that unifies all the Hispanic groups and that each particular cultural group will be able to manifest and promote their own cultural pride. This event will be of invaluable cultural value, will enhance and attract tourism and the establishment of new businesses to Ybor City and the City of Tampa area, thus contributing to the local economy. This will contribute to promote a stronger commerce connection in a bilateral manner between Puerto Rico, Tampa Bay and surrounding areas.
